Jason Jagentenfl and Alex Harwin have a combined experience of over 45 years in all aspects of construction. They have worked on projects of all sizes, focusing on custom residential work.
Alex Harwin was originally trained as an architect (BS from University of Maryland College Park, and Masters from Arizona State University), but soon moved into construction and very quickly discovered an aptitude for working on custom homes. He has experience with premier builders in Phoenix, AZ, Santa Barbara and the San Francisco bay area, and has continued this work since moving to the Boston area in 2011. He works easily with architects and designers and has experience with projects up to 25,000 square feet . He is very interested in making sure the details are just right, and making unique requests a reality.
Jason Jagentenfl is originally from New York, worked his way up through the trades starting 25 years ago as a mason in Westchester, NY. From there he moved out to California and became a lead carpenter framing and finishing high end custom homes in San Francisco, Carmel and Monterey. He moved back to the greater Boston area in 2003 to start Streamline Builders and began to work as an Independent Site Superintendent / Project Manager for Brookes and Hill Custom Builders out of Lexington, MA and was responsible for managing and coordinating multimillion dollar custom home projects. For the last 2 ½ years he worked as the Senior Site Superintendent for Chevron Partners on a multiunit multimillion dollar residential renovation at the top of Beacon Hill in Boston, located behind the Massachusetts State House. Jason has a sharp eye for detail and has many years of experience working alongside cutting edge architects throughout New England. He continues to maintain incredible working relationships with some of the most talented trades people the industry, and is committed to providing the integrity, honesty, leadership and trade coordination that each project needs to create the best possible product achievable.
